The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its bonds sense in its 1948 constitution as “A state of complete physical, mental, and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. This definition has been subjected to controversy in particular as lacking operational value and because of the problem created by use of the word “complete”. Other definition that correlates health and personal satisfaction.

Health states improve at each set up in the income and social life. Support from families, friends of communities is associate with better health. Education is closely tried to socio economic status, of effective education for children and lifelong learning for adults are key to contribute to health and properly for individuals of our country. Employment of working conditions people in employment are healthy, particularly those have more control their working condition. Your state of mind can have a great impact on how your body responds to stress, digestion and immune system.

Now I will tell you 5 healthy food to gain weight-

5)      Whole grain bread – it is another good carb source to help you to gain weight. You can make some very simple, high  calorie and well-balanced meals by combining bread with protein sources such as eggs, meat and cheese.
