Mental health is main concern of today world


Mental health is state of mind how we feel, think & act. It is essential component of health. As we see today in the world mental health is suffering a lot due to coronavirus. People are depressed, some are stress due to financially condition of the family because due to coronavirus many people have lost their job. Work load, outside pressure these affect our mental health. Mental health is important at every stage of life from childhood and adolescence throughout adulthood.

As we see in the history of mental health mental illness was found by German psychiatrist Emil Kräpelin (1856–1926) published a comprehensive system of psychological disorders that centered around a pattern of symptoms i.e., syndrome suggestive of an underlying physiological cause.

Mental health illness can be considered has a supernatural, biological and psychological.

The mental illness can be culture factor or social factor or you can outside pressure like office pressure. There are many mental disorder symptoms like – feeling sad, feeling down, anxiety which is faced by many during coronavirus or mood changes, withdrawal from friends  activities, overthinking having low or no energy or feeling helpless or hopeless if you are observing these issues then these are serious problems kindly don’t neglect them and start looking for the help.

Solution I recommend you-


·         Always busy yourself in some work.
·         Look for professional help like - counselling session.
·         Avoid alone time.
·         Get enough sleep
·         Talk to someone with whom you can share your problem.
·         Meditate.
·         Exercise
·         Always try to stay positive in tough time.

 

At last I would like to conclude that if you ever feel suffer in your mental health do not neglect. Always look for the help and save yourself from mental illness. Do not worry always pray to god he will heal you.
